Our weekend stay was excellent. The rooms were spotless and very modern. Despite being situated in a lively area, the double glazing kept things calm and quiet. The key location was unbeatable, in close proximity to the river where boat tours depart and a vibrant night market. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit plate. The staff was very kind and helpful, assisting us in snagging bus tickets when the website showed none available.
The noise level made by some of the other guests, although this kind of thing can happen anywhere. we were asked to pay an extra 10% for TET, which wasn't previously announced.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the river front for boat tours and facing the night market. Despite being in a busy area, the noise levels were acceptable due to efficient double-glazing. the rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, clean, and included a welcome fruit plate. the staff was professional, kind, and helpful in organizing bus tickets to another city. the restaurant downstairs provided excellent meal options for brunch and dinner.
Some hotel guests made unnecessary noise, which is not the hotel's fault and can happen anywhere.
